We make sure each property offered as a  home for someone else is in tip-top condition where the renter can enjoy his/her time, with no need to be concerned with unit quality issues or inaccessible property managers and land lords. 

As a Lotus Places' tenant, we guarantee you will always hear back from us within 24 hours or we'll return 24% of your current months rent!
